In selling our home, the buyer’s home inspectors asserted that the house had foundation issues. We contacted K&G Contracting, who inspected the foundation and had questions about the buyer’s inspectors’ report’s. K&G explained the issue in non-engineering terms so we had a good understanding. K&G went out of their way to help us employ a structural engineering expert who performed a detailed review of the foundation and found that the buyers inspector’s asserted issues were unfounded. Had K&G just agreed to perform the work as the buyer’s inspectors suggested, the cost would have been tens of thousands of dollars. But K&G went out of their way to make sure that only the work actually needed was performed. K&G’s honesty and integrity was very much appreciated. We highly recommend K&G Contracting.

This company has done some work for me in the past and once again they exceeded expectations. I had some water in my crawlspace on the west side of my home. Kyle came back out and said the water's getting in because my chimney is pulling away from my house. He said it will need to be pinned but first he gave me some DYI ideas including a product called sikaflex. I appreciate Kyle's free estimates and honest approach to business. Great company!

Kyle and his crew have been excellent! Kyle has patiently answered my many questions regarding the steps involved in fixing the foundation issues. He obviously places a premium on doing quality work. He and his crew have been very careful to be sure every aspect of the project has been done carefully and thoroughly. Also, they have been especially respectful of the neighbors who have been impacted during the day. And before they left each day the construction site was left clear of trash and construction materials. I definitely recommend K&G for future work of this type that needs attention in our community.

K&G seems to be doing an exceptionally fine job with the foundation work on Grasshopper. They're keeping a very neat job site and minimizing the impact to the community.
